What counts as a conversation?

One person talking to one agent, up to 10 replies. Retrieval, tool calls, and the steps of a routine are not counted separately: a routine that takes six internal steps to answer someone is still one reply. A conversation that runs past 10 replies counts again for every further 10.

Which model answers my customers?

Every plan runs on OpenAI GPT-5.4 mini on our keys, with smaller models for the steps around it. There are no model multipliers and no credit tables. If you want a different model, add your own keys on Planet: any model you choose, at your own rates.

What happens when I reach the limit?

The agent tells you before you get there, at 80 percent. At the limit you can move up a plan. On Satellite and Planet you can also buy a top-up: €50 for 300 more conversations, one-off, good for 12 months. Nothing is charged without you asking, and there is no overage bill at the end of the month. On Comet the next step is Satellite.

Do unused conversations roll over?

No. The monthly allowance resets on your billing date, on monthly and annual plans alike. Top-up packs are the exception: whatever is left in a pack stays yours for 12 months from purchase.

What counts toward content storage?

Two things: the text of the documents and pages you give the agent, and how many of them there are. Comet holds 10 MB in up to 300 documents, Satellite 20 MB in up to 5,000, and Planet 100 MB in up to 20,000. Each page of a crawled site is one document. Embeddings and the index we build from your content do not count against you. At either limit, new uploads pause until you remove something or move up a plan. Nothing already indexed is deleted.

Why do you not charge per seat?

Seat pricing discourages you from letting your team use the product. Invite your whole support desk, your engineers, and everyone who writes documentation. The price does not change with headcount.

Why would I bring my own model keys?

At volume, teams often have negotiated model contracts, their own rate limits, and their own data-processing agreements with providers. On Planet you can keep all of that: add your keys, pay your providers directly at your own rates, and Radioso runs the platform. Without keys, Planet runs on ours at the same price.

Is anything gated behind a paid plan?

No. Every product feature is on every plan, including the free one. The plans differ in how many conversations a month, who pays for the models, and how quickly we answer your email.

Can you run it for us?

Yes. We set up your agent, tune it, and review what your visitors asked every month. It is priced by agreement, on top of whichever plan you are on, including the free one. Most of the organisations we run agents for are small teams who would rather have it done than learn to do it. Tell us what you need

Can I move between the cloud and self-hosting?

Yes. It is the same open source code whether you self-host or use the cloud, so you can move either way. The cloud is us running the servers.
